✅ What’s Eligible for a Refund

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• We only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

🚫 What’s NOT Eligible

• No refunds or exchanges on clothing items due to sizing issues.
  Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

• Final sale and discounted items are non-refundable.

• Digital downloads or gift cards.

💬 Need to Start a Return?

Email support@onflik.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

💳 Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
